Our therapy animals….
ELTON
Elton is a miniature therapy pony. He is definitely the cheekiest in the herd and has loads of personality. He has been around the block a few times, making him quite mischievous and knowledgeable. Elton hates to miss out on anything, hence is always eager for human interaction and love being dressed up.
DUSTY
Dusty is a King Charles Cavalier who absolutely loves people and has perfect temperament for a therapy dog He hates to miss out on any interactions and can be a little dramatic when wanting attention. Dusty is great at making everyone feel special and loved.
GYPSY
Gypsy is also a miniature pony and also Elton’s best friend. She enjoys keeping Elton on his toes and being as close to him as possible at all times. Gypsy has a funny neigh, almost like a donkey. She is a very sweet, dainty girl.
ACE
Ace is a very majestic 11 yo Quarter Horse X Stock Horse. He is super intelligent, friendly and loves attention. He is very alert and always the first to notice anything before the rest of the team even lift their heads.
RIP
Rip is a Quarter Horse X Paint. He is very intuitive. Rip often keeps to himself in the paddock, however, loves human interaction. He is very gentle, affectionate and a huge people pleaser.
CADBURY
Cadbury is our oldest member of our herd at 17 yo. He is very quiet, calming and very wise. He loves to come up for smooches and loves being brushed and scratched. He loves attention of any kind and enjoys being part of our horse therapy team.
LANE
Lane is a Welsh Mountain therapy pony. He is our newest member to the herd and 3 yo. He is a small, gentle, curious and a total sweet heart. He is very fluffy wants to be everyone’s best friend.
FAITH
Faith is 4 yo and a Quarter Horse X Paint. She is extremely gentle and inquisitive, and her best friend is Ace. She is always curious but sometimes a little timid.
ROMEO
Romeo is one of the older and wiser horses of the herd. He is a medium size Arab X Chestnut. He was a star in his early days as an avid jumper and pony club horse, but now he enjoys a slower pace. He is very sweet which sometimes means he gets bossed around by others in the herd. However, he loves attention and loves to lick.
